Our Story

Hi everyone, I'm Kalie, and welcome to our food truck!

If you're wondering why I'm serving pizza from a truck, the truth is, I was practically born to do this. My family opened our first Pizza Stop in Florida back in 1993, when I was just a year old. We later opened another Pizza Stop out in Idaho, where I grew up inside the restaurant. It's where my love for the craft began.

After years climbing the corporate ladder and becoming a Director of Operations in the food world, I realized I was lacking a true love for the job. My brother, Collin, came up with the idea of taking things on the road, and he said I should build my own. After spending months with him building out a truck, we were ready to go. So my wife, Marcie, and I quit those safe jobs, and now I'm back doing what I truly love most.

This truck is our labor of love, and our mission is simple: to make and serve the best pizza, just like my parents did. As a family-owned pizza food truck serving Northern Utah, we've been proudly named Best of Northern Utah in 2025, and we pour that passion into every single slice. Whether you're planning a wedding, a corporate event, or any Utah catering need, we can't wait to share our award-winning pizza with you.
