What are the service details for catering?

Our team arrives approximately 2 hours before your event begins to set up and prepare the ovens. During service, pizzas are continuously made fresh and replenished throughout the event, served on trays for convenient grab-and-go dining. We also provide friendly staff, plates and napkins to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

What is your travel policy?

We're happy to travel to your event location! Our standard service is covered within 30 miles. Events outside this range may require a travel fee.

Do you offer gluten-free and vegan options?

Accepted Answer

We offer gluten-free pizza crusts; however, because all pizzas are cooked on the same oven stone, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment for severe allergies. Vegan cheese is available for an additional charge per pizza. Please let us know ahead of time about any dietary needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate your guests.

What are your power requirements?

We prefer access to a standard 110V electrical outlet to power our equipment during the event. If power is unavailable at your venue, we can provide a generator to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please let us know ahead of time if generator service will be required so we can make the proper arrangements.

How many slices per person?

For buffet-style service, we cut our 10 inch pizzas into 6 slices, which works out to about 3 slices per person. We're happy to help you figure out the right amount for your crowd based on your guest list.

What is the difference between buffet and individual style?

Accepted Answer

Buffet style means pizzas are sliced and set out on trays for guests to grab and go throughout the event. Individual style means each guest receives their own personal pizza made to order. Both styles can also be paired with a side salad. Let us know which fits your event best, and we'll build your quote around it.

Do you bring a food truck or a trailer?

For weddings and most catered events, we bring our catering trailer, which has three pizza ovens for faster, higher-volume service. Please note that our ovens are built into our truck and trailer, so we're not able to bring standalone ovens without the vehicle attached.

Question 9

What do I need to book my date?

Accepted Answer

To secure your date, we just need an estimated guest count and your preferred serving style, buffet or individual. From there, we'll get your contract started.

Question 10

Can I change my guest count after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, guest counts can be adjusted up until 48 hours before your event.
