Service Timeframe:
Each package includes a 2-hour service window, with the option to extend service time if needed. Additional hours can be added for an extra fee. Just share the details of your event, and we’ll gladly work with you to create the perfect experience!

Service Details:
Our team arrives approximately 2 hours before your event begins to set up and prepare the ovens. During service, pizzas are continuously made fresh and replenished throughout the event, served on trays for convenient grab-and-go dining. We also provide friendly staff, plates and napkins to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Travel Policy:
We’re happy to travel to your event location! Our standard service is covered within 30 miles. Events outside this range may require a travel fee.

Gluten-Free & Vegan Options:
We offer gluten-free pizza crusts; however, because all pizzas are cooked on the same oven stone, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment for severe allergies. Vegan cheese is available for an additional charge per pizza. Please let us know ahead of time about any dietary needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your guests.

Power Requirements:
We prefer access to a standard 110V electrical outlet to power our equipment during the event. If power is unavailable at your venue, we can provide a generator to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please let us know ahead of time if generator service will be required so we can make the proper arrangements.
